Philips PI3100 with FullSound sound system

Dutch manufacturer Philips is known mainly audio / video and the wider consumer electronics. His adventure with tablets last year began presenting Philips PI3800 that competing products against a mediocre device. It is no different in the case of the latest proposal – Philips PI3100 – with the difference that the manufacturer attempted to use the sound system FullSound.
