Wacom presents the PHU-111 Wacom Clipboard, a smart pad (smartpad) that allows you to fill and sign documents using standard paper forms in ink and process these documents into digital version in real time.
The Wacom Clipboard is a smart pad , with which you fill documents, sign (using standard forms) and convert to digital in real time.This device also allows you to register and attach biometric handwritten signatures . Digital documents can be saved on station computers or sent directly to servers or to the cloud for easy management of these documents. For healthcare, insurance, and public sector companies that still want or need to use paper forms , but want to digitally archive them, the Wacom Clipboard smart pad provides a safe and easy way to instantly digitize and save these documents without changing them. The current way of working that is based on paper. An electronic writing pad connects to a computer or a mobile device via Bluetooth – the USB connection option is available in computer environments. When a user places a document on a Wacom Clipboard, the integrated bar code scanner automatically identifies the document and communicates with the computer or mobile device by creating a suitable electronic document. With the included pen, you can simply fill out a paper form in the usual way.
