Nokia Mercury, the next canceled 8-inch tablet of Microsoft appeared in the photos. We also know how the specification was presented.
If I were to award a prize to a company that canceled most projects, I would definitely choose Microsoft. The number of prototypes of devices that this company has never released in circulation is quite big. Recently, more and more photos of unreleased Surface Mini have appeared on the web, and now we can see how the Nokia Mercury is actually presented. Nokia Mercury was supposed to be a tablet powered by a full Windows 8.1 system . The device could officially debut between 2014 and 2015, but its presentation never came. However, in the past years, however, official graphics appeared, presenting the said 8-inch tablet, but later hearing about the device itself was lost. Now we can see how the equipment actually presented itself. And all thanks to the photos published by one of the Italian sites. The Nokia Mercury specifies that the tablet should come with an Intel Atom Z3795 processor clocked at 1.6 GHz and have 1-2 GB of RAM. The device also received front and rear camera and slot – probably for SIM cards and LTE connectivity. The device seen in the photos has a look that was used by Lumia smartphones in 2014.
