Acer still does not forget about the tablet market – this is confirmed by the latest proposal of this group, i.e. model Iconia One 8, which just got to the FCC agency. By the way, we also got to know its specification.
Acer Iconia One 8 – following its name – is of course a tablet with a screen size of 8 inches. If you are waiting for equipment with a flagship specification, well – I will say straight away that this is not a good address. This is equipment with a very basic specification, which is confirmed even by the resolution of the screen, which is 1280×800 pixels, or … well, today's standards are not much. The tablet is managed by the MediaTek MT8167A chip – a 1.3 GHz quad-core clock supported by just 1 GB of RAM . This amount of memory is rarely seen even at cheaper smartphones, let alone a large, eight-inch tablet. We will also receive a small amount of 16 GB for the data, and unfortunately nothing is known about the possible microSD card reader, which in this case seems to be necessary. In terms of cameras, also absolutely basic components were put – on the back there is a 5 megapixel camera, while on the front you will find a 2-megapixel camera. Wi-Fi b / g / n and Bluetooth 4.0 are responsible for communication, while the battery is to have a capacity of 4500 mAh. Of course, the tablet will have a 3.5 mm headphone connector. The tablet should debut soon – it remains to be hoped that we will have to deal with a fairly cheap proposal, because the technical specification – to put it mildly – does not knock on your knees. source: gizmochin
